The SUNY Empire State College Metropolitan Center was alive with inspiration and discussion about the wonderful stories told through the artwork of college students and alum.  “Immigrants:  Reinventing America” truly proved that our society and culture is enriched by its diversity. Raul Manzano and Metro’s faculty and staff provided both college and community with a special event that speaks to everyone.

I was not able to take pictures of all of the work, but I think the ones I have are a testimony to our rich American heritage and Empire’s appreciation and nurturing of the Arts.

A Special thank you to Raul Manzano for organizing the exhibit so that we may all enjoy the beauty of our country’s diverse artistry!
